Alright hello everyone to my weightloss blog!
I'm not gonna tell you much about myself quite yet because I have to get this done quick and run out the door- but I'll give you some basics and some pictures!
I am a twenty-year-old, female, standing at 5'5, and weighing in at approximately 200 lbs. I've started a diet plan from The 4-Hour Body (link to come later) called the "Slow-carb" diet. These are my starting pictures!

It's a good idea to add measuring yourself in addition to weighing yourself, because as muscle begins to replace fat, it weighs more (volume to volume). So like for me, I lost 9 inches but gained 1.5 lbs. So the scale is only one part of the weight loss equation. The things to measure: upper arm, stomach, belly, and thigh.
ReplyDeleteYes I am getting onto the measuring of my self, but I have yet to find a sewing tape measure- I'm been slacking on this part! So I'll be getting that soon!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your imput!

They have those measuring tapes at Wal-Mart in the sewing section, they cost about $3 I think!
